Registration Guidelines

Registration Form

  • Registration and submission of articles for the iCALL2025 must be done using our online registration form.
  • Register now by fill out all the information needed.


  • Upon registration a confirmation email will be sent to the registrant.
  • No payment is required until an invoice has been issued to you by the symposium secretariat.
  • For presenters, invoices will only be issued after an abstract has been accepted.

a. Abstract Submission

  • The abstract should be limited to a single paragraph (font: Times New Roman, size: 12, line spacing: single).
  • Please download the template here and follow the format carefully.
  • We encourage you to send an informative abstract (includes the purpose, methodology, the principal findings, and major conclusion).
  • Your submission should be in English.
  • The abstract MUST BE UPLOADED upon your online registration.

 b. Full Paper Submission

  • Authors of accepted abstracts will be offered the opportunity to submit full paper to be published (subject to peer review within the following conference partners journals (its optional, not mandatory)
  • The full paper template will be notified to all participants via email.
  • After reviewing process, all authors are invited for full paper submission for these journals:

1) Journal: Journal of Technical & Social Studies (JUTEKS), OR
2) Potential Scopus indexed journals*:

  • Journal of Applied Science and Engineering
  • Malaysian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences
  • Pertanika Journal of SOCIAL SCIENCES & HUMANITIES

*For authors who select to publish in the Scopus journals, extra fee is required. Additional review process is required from the publisher side.
* List will be updated from time to time to include more publication journals, that are currently subject to confirmation from the journal editor.

Terms of acceptance:

1)Only selected papers will be considered for Scopus Journal submission with additional fees. This selection is made merely by the conference committee and academic professionals. However, the acceptance of the paper by the journal for publication solely depends on the respective journal editor after their internal review.

2)All publication is subject to correction from authors based on the comments from the reviewer/editorial board before the manuscripts are accepted by the journal.

3)Publication fees for the journal will be confirmed to the authors once the full manuscript is accepted. The publication fee will be as charged by the publisher and will depend on the journal in which the manuscript is accepted.

4)Papers published in the non-indexed journals will not be charged any publication fee.

5)The formal acceptance date of the manuscript depends on the publisher and authors will receive the acceptance notice directly from the publisher (if accepted).

c. Presentation Guidelines

Authors will be notified to present their work via these options:
1. Online oral presentation
2. Poster presentation
