i-Space Version 3.01: “New Improvements”

The latest version of the i-Space Application (V3.00.01) has been successfully deployed.

All staff are encouraged to update their application to benefit from the enhanced features and improvements
introduced in this release:

  • Staff Information (Staff Portal, Circulars, Staff Service Book)
  • Quick Links: E-Bulletin, CPD Slides, Etiquette, AMS

2. Student Module

  • Student Profile

  • Student Financial Information
  • Examination Schedule Details
  • Access Links to Student Platforms
  • Contact Menu (Contact Us, Programme Enquiry, Call Us)
  • Quick Links: SMP, TalkSpace, e-Learning
  • Student Information (Student Activity, Scholarship)

3. Interface Enhancements & New Menu Arrangement

  • Optimised main menu (HRM) for better structure and quicker access
  • Reorganised side menu with role-based login layout
  • Improved interface design for a better user experience
  • More user-friendly menu presentation

4. Bug Fixes

  • Minor issues in modules and display have been resolved
  • Performance improvements to ensure smooth usage

All staff are kindly requested to update the i-Space application immediately.
