Poster Guideline
1. Poster Size
The poster size should be 2′ x 6′. Please ensure your poster meets these dimensions for a
proper fit on the stands.
2. Poster Stand
Please use your own – as below or any suitable scientific setup
3. Poster Setup and Display
You can set up your posters at the Ballroom on 26 August 7:30 PM to 5:30 PM, to
ensure a smooth setup process.
