Enhancing Digital Teaching and Learning with the HyFlex Classroom
The HyFlex Classroom brings together hybrid and flexible learning in one seamless environment. It allows students to join classes in person or online, whether live or on their own time. This approach opens new opportunities for inclusive, adaptable, and engaging learning experiences within our faculty.
This quick guide is designed to help both academic and non-academic staff get familiar with the HyFlex space. Lecturers can explore its features to make lessons more interactive and accessible, while support staff can also make use of the room for training sessions or workshops.
Webex Account (UTMSPACE Lecturer only)
Provision of Webex UTMSPACE accounts to UTMSPACE lecturers for teaching and learning purposes, either hybrid or fully online.

Academic & Operational Digital Programme
Digital development for Academic and Operational purposes, such as the creation of learning videos or operation-related videos, the provision of Infrastructure and Digital Technology such as eLearning platforms, and the offering of courses such as ProctorU usage training for online examinations to lecturers and students of the ODL program, as well as training on creating learning videos using Canva in collaboration with HRM.

Canva Education Account (UTMSPACE Lecturer)
Provision of Canva Education accounts to UTMSPACE lecturers for the preparation of teaching and learning materials. The role assigned to lecturers for the Canva account is as a student in the Canva class under Digital Teaching & Learning.
